Description
This super sweet fig is greenish-yellow in colour. Said to have come from Italy. It is used commercially used in California and other parts of the world due to it’s delicious honey flavour and perfect exterior shape. It is a strong grower once established but it is slow at first. It is best to remove developing figs when the trees are very young It makes a fantastic pot grower because they grow much slower if the roots are restricted. This is the workhorse of the white varieties and it bears figs up to the first frosts.
