Description
While this fig may look like regular Brown Turkey on the outside the taste and interior colour are nothing like regular Brown Turkey. The first time I tasted this fig I was so impressed I spent a year looing for cuttings. This is one tree I would never part with. Vern’s’ is a reliable producer of large tasty sweet figs with a dark brown skin and a light amber flesh. It can usually be counted on producing crops in summer and in fall.
