Description
A very reliable and popular fig in the North East due to it’s early ripening and cold tolerance. The fruits are medium-sized with a light brown or violet skin and a strawberry pink flesh. It is a compact plant that does well in containers and where space is limited. It’s also Known as the “sugar fig”, this is one of the best varieties for drying and for preserves.
